SHIPPING
We deliver to all urban North and South Island addresses on an overnight service with Courier Post. If you would like to check if you are classed as urban (non-rural) please visit the following site https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder
Rural delivery is often possible if organised pre-purchase. Due to the perishable nature of the product, only addresses which are reachable on an overnight courier service can be delivered to. Alternatively, we can deliver to a local depot for collection. Please drop us an email at orders@premiumgame.co.nz to discuss options. In the email please note your name, full delivery address and phone number.
If Monday is a public holiday, orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
We can provide alternative transport options for commercial addresses for orders over 20kg. Please drop us an email at orders@premiumgame.co.nz to discuss options.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How will my order be packed?
Your order will be packed with ice packs in an insulated chiller box to keep the meat chilled during delivery.
When will my parcel be delivered?
Orders are shipped out Tuesday-Thursday on an ‘overnight’ service for delivery the following day.
Expected timeline for delivery is the second business day following the order. For example: An order placed on a Tuesday would be prepared and shipped on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Please note as our meat is processed and packed fresh to order and due to the perishable nature of our product, orders placed between Thursday afternoon and Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
All packages will be shipped with authority to leave instructions.
How much does freight cost?
Can I track my order?
On dispatch a tracking number will be created and sent to you via an automated email with instructions on how to track your order. A second email will be sent upon delivery.
What happens if i'm not home for delivery?
The courier will leave your parcel on your doorstep. If you have any special instructions, please provide these in the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate. It is your responsibility to ensure your parcel is refrigerated as soon as possible following delivery.

- Nationwide freight (non-rural) has a flat rate of $15.
- Freight is free on any delivery to a standard business or residential address in Marlborough (non-rural).
