1 Red Chilli, thinly sliced
1 Radish, thinly sliced into matchstick size

100ml Ponzu Sauce, available from supermarkets or Asian grocers.
Wasabi mayo
4 tbsp Japanese Mayonnaise
1 tsp Wasabi Paste
