Wild Tahr Burger with Smoked Cheddar
& Fried Onions

List of Ingredients

500g tahr mince
25g Mrs Rogers steakhouse bbq rub
1/2 brown onion finely diced
15g finely chopped fresh basil
1 x egg cracked in a bowl
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Smoked cheddar cheese
Culley’s Kitchen bbq sauce
Onion rings battered & fried

Cooking Method

1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well for 3-4 minutes until the meat begins to bind together. Roll into balls then press down to create patties.

2. Heat a fry pan with a cap full of oil, add patties then cook for 4-5 minutes per side on a medium heat, rest for 5 minutes then serve with your choice of fillings in a fresh burger bun! (or use our options above).
