Our wild game sausages are naturally lean, have a very high meat content and natural casing and as such require a slightly different cooking approach to your traditional sausage. For best results we recommend cooking either in a pan or on a BBQ with a little oil and please don't prick. Sear over high heat to brown the casing then reduce the temperature to low and allow the sausage to gently cook through until juices run clear. Rest for five minutes before serving.
