Terms & Conditions


Your access to, and use of, this website (www.premiumgame.co.nz) (the “Website”) and your purchase of products is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Website or by placing any order for the delivery of products, you represent that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.

“Customer”, “you” and “your” means you and any other person who registers, and/or orders product via the Website. 

“Premium Game”, “we” and “our” means Premium Game 2018 Limited, trading as Premium Game.

“Product” and “Products” mean the delivery of meat and other products from time to time offered by Premium Game and sold via the Website. 


You must ensure that the delivery address provided is suitable with consideration to the chilled nature of the product.


The prices are per product and are listed on the website. The prices of the products are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. In addition, you will also be charged for the costs of delivery which are confirmed at the time of checkout.  

Prices are subject to change, at our discretion, from time to time.

You must pay Premium Game for the items purchased by credit card. (The Website does not accept any other form of payment).


If any Product doesn’t correspond with what you have ordered, or you believe it was delivered to you in a damaged or spoiled condition, please contact us at orders@premiumgame.co.nz as soon as possible following delivery (and in any event, no later than 24 hours after the date you received the products). We may require photographic evidence and/or a sample of the damaged or spoiled Product. If we agree that any Product was incorrectly delivered or delivered to you in a damaged or spoiled condition, then we will either provide you with a voucher for a future order, refund the value of the Product, or replace the Product where replacement is possible. 


Please note Premium Game is not obliged by New Zealand Law to provide a refund if a customer has changed their mind, so please choose carefully.  However, if you do change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible on 03 577 8200 and providing the products have not yet been packed for delivery, we will happily exchange the products ordered for alternative Premium Game products (subject to availability) or a credit note. 


Deliveries will, subject to these terms and conditions, be made to the address stated as the delivery address at the time of order. Delivery Instructions must be reasonable in relation to the scope of these deliveries. If there is no person to accept delivery of the product, the product will be left at the front door or as instructed by you in your order and will be deemed to have been delivered at that point in time. 

We will deliver the Product to you in such manner and form of transport that we consider appropriate. 

We will be entitled to assume that any person accepting delivery of the Products at the delivery address is either the Customer or someone that is authorised to do so on behalf of the Customer.

Delivery may be delayed from time to time. Premium Game will aim to deliver by our target delivery date, but we will not be liable for failure to deliver within these times. If we think that the delivery of your order is likely to be delayed, we will contact you. 


Due to the perishable nature of the Product, only addresses which are reachable on an overnight courier service can be delivered to. At your request we will deliver to rural addresses however as we cannot guarantee overnight delivery, we do not accept liability for any product that has been compromised/spoiled due to delayed delivery timeframes in relation to a rural delivery address.
If you live at a rural delivery address you have the following options;
  • If you are confident you receive overnight delivery at your address, please proceed with the order, at your own risk. If there is any doubt around an overnight service, we can freeze your order which will help to protect the product in case of a delayed delivery. Please note in the comments if you would like your order sent frozen.
  • You can arrange to have your package delivered to a place of work, a friend or a local business that is not rural. Please list this address as the delivery address.
  • You can arrange to have your order delivered to your nearest CourierPost depo/agent and collect from there. Please list this as the delivery address.


Premium Game will make every effort to fulfil orders placed through the Website, however, if we are unable to supply a product for any reason whatsoever, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable via phone or email and give you the option of an alternative product, a delayed dispatch or a refund of the value of goods unable to be supplied. 


Ownership, responsibility and risk in the Products shall pass to you on delivery to you at the delivery address. 


The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“CGA”) and Fair Trading Act 1986 (“FTA”) apply with regard to any statutory warranties, conditions and other obligations imposed on Premium Game.  

You are responsible for taking all necessary care in handling, storing and using the Products. 


The liability of Premium Game whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in, or non-compliance of, a Product or any other breach of Premium Game’s obligations relating to the Products hereunder shall not, in any event, exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the relevant Product.


Premium Game will have no liability to you if we are prevented from performing any of our obligations under these terms and conditions as a result of events occurring beyond our reasonable control (including shortage or unavailability of Products or delay in transit).

While Premium Game has endeavoured to ensure that the information provided on the Website is free from error, Premium Game does not warrant its accuracy, adequacy, or completeness, and Premium Game shall not be responsible or liable for any error in, or omission from, the information provided on the Website.

We reserve the right to make changes to the information provided on the Website at any time and without notice.


You agree not to use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You may download the information on the Website for your own personal use but otherwise, neither the Website nor any material on it, may be altered, modified, reproduced, transmitted, or distributed without Premium Game’s prior written consent.


From time to time we may vary these terms and conditions without notice. Please check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website after the terms and conditions have been changed indicates your acceptance of those changes.


New Zealand law governs the use of the Website and these terms and conditions. DELIVERY

Please note orders for pre Christmas delivery close on the 19th December. However if you are rural delivery your order needs to be to us by 6am Thursday 14th December.Orders placed after these dates will be dispatched from the 9th January 2024!
