Our wild game patties are naturally lean and have a very high meat content and as such require a slightly different cooking approach to traditional patties. For best results we recommend cooking either in a pan or on a BBQ with a little oil. Sear over medium heat for approximately two minutes per side then reduce the temperature to low and allow the patty to gently cook through. Best served when still pink in the middle. Rest for five minutes before serving.
