Simple Self-Crusting Pie

List of Ingredients

4 free range eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups of grated tasty cheese
1 small onion, chopped
6 slices of wild venison bacon, chopped
1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 cups of diced vegetables of choice. We love the combination of spinach, mushrooms and red pepper.

Cooking Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a medium oven dish with cooking spray.

2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into the prepared dish and bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden brown.

3. Serve immediately or leave to cool. It tastes great either way.
