1.Preheat a frying pan over medium-high heat with olive oil, season goat meat with salt and pepper, and sear on all sides. Set-aside.
2.Heat a large pot over a medium temp with olive oil, add your finely chopped onion & garlic and cook for 5 minutes until translucent.
3.Add add all remaining ingredients, mix well bring to a simmer. Turn the heat back to a low temperature, add your goat meat, cover with a lid and cook for approximately 4-5 hours until the
goat is meltingly tender.
4.Once cooked serve on steamed rice with your choice of seasonal vegetables.
